Cancelation Policy

To secure your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% upon booking. Please note that this deposit only holds the booth, staff, date and time of your event and your reservation is not considered fully booked until payment is received in full. The remaining balance of your payment must be made 30 days before the event. Failure to make the full payment by the deadline will result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.
